[Sinacoba's Commitment] Factory Tour Report - Belt Production -

This belt was released in the Fall/Winter 2023 collection.

As explained in the product description, each item is handcrafted by a craftsman.
Of course, not only this product, but most of our belts are made in the locations we visit.

We actually visited the production site, so please come and see for yourself.

The belt is made up of a base piece of leather sewn together with colored leather and then layered on top of the tip and belt sections.

Place a metal fitting of the size of the product to be cut between the cutting blades,
We are currently cutting a piece of leather.

The process involves laying the board flat to prevent fraying, and applying rubber cement to the backside.

The base and leather are glued together, and the design parts and the outer circumference of the belt are sewn together with a sewing machine.


The leather tips are sewn together and then passed through the buckle and belt holes to create a complete belt.
